- Manage all assessments for every property you oversee, with the ability to group them by owner, area, property, or custom tags
- Access full reports, scoring summaries, and photo documentation
- Use a dedicated maintenance dashboard to review issues with photos, captions, explanations, and recommended actions
- Track badge eligibility, expiration dates, and reinspection timelines
- Filter or organize properties by owner, region, or custom categories
- Share assessment results with owners
- Receive alerts when inspections are due or badges need renewal
- Maintain standardized property quality across your managed portfolio
Automatic Activation for Managers
If your properties have already been inspected during the launch period, they will automatically populate in your portal once it goes live. No additional onboarding steps are required.
Your access will be activated at launch based on the properties you've already had assessed.
