What You Will Be Able to Do
The Premier Directory will allow guests, owners, and managers to easily search and view properties that have completed the Premier Guest Assessment and earned a Verified Property Score or Certification Badge.
- Search certified properties by town, address, property name, and badge ID
- View each property’s badge status
- See highlights and key amenities
- Filter properties by size or category
- Access photos and feature overviews provided through the inspection process
Automatically Updated at Launch
All properties assessed during the Founding Member period will automatically appear in the database as soon as the system goes live.
The directory will grow continuously as new assessments are completed across the Outer Banks
Guest Portal:
Alongside the Public Certified Properties Directory, we will also be launching a Guest Portal designed to help travelers discover and save Premier-certified properties.
Guests will be able to
- Save their favorite certified properties to a personal list
- Click directly to the property’s booking page (Airbnb, Vrbo, direct booking, etc.)
- View each property’s Verified Score, badge status, and key highlights
- Explore inspections details shared by managers or owners
- Plan future trips with a clean, easy-to-use interface
