TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Premier Guest Assessments LLC website, portals, inspection services, property ratings, reports, badges, and all related features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

A. Property Assessments

We provide independent assessments of vacation rentals based on our internal criteria, scoring system, and evaluation standards. Assessments are not home inspections, code compliance inspections, engineering evaluations, or legal certifications.

B. Reports & Scores

Reports, scores, and recommendations are based solely on conditions observable at the time of inspection. They do not guarantee future performance, safety, cleanliness, or guest satisfaction.

C. Premier Property Badge

A property may receive a Badge if it meets or exceeds internal scoring thresholds.
Badges do not guarantee safety, habitability, legal compliance, or suitability for any particular use.

We reserve the right to revoke, modify, or update Badge eligibility at our discretion.

Users must provide accurate, complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fees for assessments, reinspections, optional services, or subscriptions must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

All payment processing is handled by third parties (Stripe, PayPal, Chase Merchant Services), and the Company does not store full financial information.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, text, logos, badges, graphics, scoring systems, reports, and databases are the exclusive property of Premier Guest Assessments LLC.

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

13. Changes to the Services

We may update scoring models, badge criteria, platform features, or policies at any time without prior notice.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Badge status may also be revoked.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
