1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, the following policies apply to all inspections and services.

Owner/Manager Cancellations

Property Inaccessibility

A property is considered inaccessible if the inspector cannot enter due to:

Rescheduling

Company-Initiated Rescheduling

We may reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or operational needs.
No fees apply when the Company reschedules.

2. Refund Policy

All assessment fees, badge fees, reinspections, and optional services are non-refundable once completed.

Non-Refundable Items

If an inspector arrives and the property is inaccessible, any fees associated with the attempt are not refundable.

3. Premier Property Badge Usage Agreement

The Premier Property Badge is a proprietary verification indicator issued to properties that meet our internal standards at the time of assessment. To protect our integrity and prevent misuse, the following rules apply.

License to Display

Badge Holders receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display the Badge:

Use is limited to the specific property and the specific year/version of the Badge issued.

Prohibited Uses

Badge Holders may not:

Badges are valid for one year unless otherwise stated.
We may revoke or suspend Badge status if:

Revoked Badges must be removed immediately from all digital and physical materials.

Ownership

All Badge designs, scoring systems, reports, and intellectual property remain owned by Premier Guest Assessments LLC.

4. Property Ratings Disclaimer

Premier Guest Assessments provides independent evaluations based solely on conditions observable at the time of inspection.

Our assessments, reports, scores, and Premier Property Badges do not represent:
